{BACKGROUND}

J. Davis loves that real estate mirrors his entrepreneurial spirit. Each client and transaction allows him to perform the vast array of services he would for a business: from client development to marketing management, competitor research, vendor research, consulting, negotiation, and more.

J. Davis grew up all around the Southeast and came to Auburn University to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship at the College of Business. He has since spent nearly two decades founding local companies including travel, event, experience, and marketing agencies that continue to serve the local market, as well as special event venues and a local restaurant.

His desire to pursue a long-held passion for real estate has led him to Three Sixty, and he is excited to put his knowledge, experience, and connections to good use while also bringing his passion for hospitality to each client and prospective buyer. With a vast network across Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and the Southeast, J. Davis is excited to become the go-to Realtor for his fellow neighbors, business owners, investors, and developers who are ready to buy a forever home, vacation home, housing for an underclassman, or investment property, whether it be residential or commercial. He is excited to bring his passions and skills to introduce hospitality to real estate so that each transaction is a one-of-a-kind and curated experience that always provides a wow factor. He also understands that with each transaction comes the opportunity to build even stronger and long-lasting relationships.

His family currently has 4 generations of Auburn and API graduates. He is the oldest of 10 siblings scattered across the Southeast with two Auburn graduates and one starting his senior year at Auburn this coming Fall. J. Davis is a proud uncle to two nieces and two nephews. He is a strong supporter of all Auburn Athletics, so if you are at an Auburn game, meet, competition, or event for any sport, you will have a very strong chance of running into him and being met with a “War Eagle!”
