Josh Wyckoff
With a résumé that includes working on Capitol Hill and for Delta Air Lines, Josh Wyckoff might not seem like the most likely choice for a career in real estate, but his love of developing relationships with people shows that he is built for this industry. He is thrilled to be in Auburn working with his clients to find their dream home and share in the happiness of realizing that dream.
Josh grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. He then went on to American University in Washington, D.C. where he earned a Master’s in Foreign Policy.
Next up Josh worked for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for six years. Working with the Chairman and committee members on trade policy, he traveled extensively with congressional delegations working on trade agreements with foreign governments. In 2008 Josh changed gears completely and pursued a lifelong dream to become a Flight Attendant. 12 years with Delta Airlines gave him a lifetime of memories traveling to 34 different countries. He is thrilled to now take on a career in real estate, where he can continue to develop relationships and help his clients find their dream homes.
Josh is from a big family – his grandmother was one of 13 children! – which he feels prepared him for a life of working with the public. His husband Chris is an Auburn alum and works for the university in first year experience. The couple has a two year old German short haired pointer, Ellie. Cooking is Josh’s therapy and art. He loves to cook and entertain, cycle, run, travel and spend time with family and friends.
